As a company that sells streaming media services for a living, we get questions everyday about what needs to be done, a sound or video presentation that will stream well over the Internet. Most of these questions come from small companies with limited budgets for marketing and advertising. They were pleasantly surprised because we have always said that can do it yourself!
We start with an audio presentation only:
Write your first script! Focusing on twothree points that you feel you need for your products or services listed. Keep the script simple. If the site offers a wide range of goods or services, you can use different messages to each entry in one or two important areas.
There was someone who knows your business to look at the script and your website. Make sure they understand the message. If you rewrite!
The practice of reading the script until you feel comfortable andease. (You can hire professional voice talent at reasonable prices if you want the sound recording itself.)
Using the recording quality available. A cassette recorder is fine.
Use high-quality audio tape mark.
An external microphone that plugs into the recorder is preferable for construction. They are very cheap and have a better shot.
Make your recording in a quietas background noise as possible. (It seems pretty obvious, is not it?)
Speak naturally! You can help a friend or colleague has decided to have a consultation to give you fire.
Take your presentation a few times. Choose the one that sounds more natural and inviting visitors to your website.
Send the tape to the encoding (streaming) found. It will take from there!
A video presentation takes a little 'time and effort, but you really can do it yourself.Camera Work your home videos as well! All the same rules used to make your audio tape to apply here, including the use of an external microphone. Good quality videotape is essential. The following tips will help you prepare a video presentation of your website which should flow well
